This app made our trip more interesting. We did a lot of preplanning and were still pleasantly surprised at how much additional information the app provided. We never worried about getting lost in the parks. This is such a time saver and so very well thought out. So worth the price! ‌

bought this for the Arches tour in Moab, Utah, worked great, loved the voice actor, very informative, the app has a couple small annoyances when coming back towards the park entrance it can be confusing as to where we are in the tour, other than that extremely well done, well worth the price, will definitely use for other tours

I bought the combination Arches / Canyonland parks and downloaded them on line. I started Arches Park the next morning and it skipped badly. I then in the same morning went to Canyonland and the app audio failed to work at all, even though the sites would flip when they were appropriate. A once a lifetime visit was great hindered. A refund should be offered.

If you didn’t have a great experience, we’re always more than happy to offer a refund! In this case, it sounds like the audio wasn’t working. Issues like that are usually Bluetooth-related (we have some debugging steps in the FAQ/Help menu). Please reach out to us via the feedback form or website and we’re happy to help.
