About the Tour
Our adventure begins in Florence, where we’ll explore Old Town and learn about the region’s iconic bridges.
Next, we visit the Cape Perpetua Scenic Area to experience natural wonders like Devil’s Churn and Thor’s Well. We explore the rocky shores at low tide while high tide takes us through lush coastal forests.
A short drive away, the Sea Lion Caves offer a glimpse of marine life. In Newport, we tour the Oregon Coast Aquarium and enjoy waterfront dining with views of the Yaquina Bay Bridge. In Lincoln City, we hunt for hidden glass floats or purchase local crafts as souvenirs.
Cape Meares State Park invites us for hikes, whale watching, and lighthouse tours. The sacred octopus tree and breathtaking coastal vistas await. In Tillamook, indulge in free tours and samples at the Tillamook Creamery and discover local craft beers.
Cannon Beach offers expansive views of Haystack Rock, while Seaside promises old-time amusement park fun and delicious clam chowder. At Fort Stevens State Park, explore historical military installations and the iconic Peter Iredale shipwreck.
Our final destination is Astoria, the oldest American settlement west of the Rockies. Climb the Astoria Column for panoramic views and stroll the Riverwalk Trail before crossing the Astoria-Megler Bridge, linking Highway 101 from Canada to Mexico.
Join us on this scenic drive to uncover the wonders of the Oregon Coast, making each moment unforgettable!
