Refund Policy
If you have any questions, problems, or concerns about your tour, email support@actiontourguide.com.
Postpone: If you postpone your travel or tour date, you do not need to contact us. The tour is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Exchange: If your plans change or if this tour did not work for you for some reason, you can exchange it with some of our other tours.
Full Refund: We provide a full refund to anyone who requests one within 24 hours of their purchase. If you are unhappy, please let us know what we could have done better!

Discounts and Upgrades: Discounts and promotional offers cannot be applied after an order has been placed. Upgrades to other tours or bundles after the use of an earlier tour or bundle are also not eligible for refunds on the previous purchase.
Cash Redemption: Our offers and discounts cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
