Your journey begins at the Port Mann Bridge, a gateway to British Columbia’s breathtaking landscapes. Drive through Fraser Valley to Fort Langley, a historic fur trading post where British Columbia was founded. Continue to Abbotsford, known for its rich farmland and stunning mountain views.
Pass the Vedder Canal and Chilliwack, home to scenic countryside and the winding Fraser River. Then, visit Bridal Falls, where cascading waters drop dramatically over a rock face, and Harrison Springs, a relaxing lakeside getaway.
Arriving in the Town of Hope, step into British Columbia’s adventure capital, surrounded by towering peaks and deep valleys. Then, see the Hope Slide, the site of one of Canada’s largest landslides, and learn about the powerful forces that shaped this region.
Walk through the Othello Tunnels, a feat of early 20th-century railway engineering, where sheer rock walls form an incredible backdrop. Continue toward Merritt, a charming town in the Nicola Valley known for its cowboy culture and country music heritage.
