Easy and fun
What a great way to experience Newport, the nature and historic gilded age! Did the whole 3.5 mile walk, and loved it. Thanks for making it easy and so much fun.
It’s a must!
Great way to enjoy the cliff walk! Popped our air pods in (unfortunately lost one on the rocks) and listened to interesting facts along the way.
Enjoyed the commentary while walking on path. Made the adventure much more interesting! The only hiccup was I could not let my phone screen timeout.
Worth every penny
This self playing audio tour is a great enhancement to the scenic Cliff Walk. Absolutely worth the small fee. It ends up being a very long walk when you factor in the uneven rock hopping. We decided to Uber back and there are very limited ride shares available right now so we were lucky to get one.
What a gem!
I downloaded this tour before leaving my home, just to make sure there were no issues. You can drive to any location in the tour, park and walk. But I chose to start at the beginning on Easton Beach, and walked up to the Tea Pavilion (approx. 1.5 m). It was amazing fun.
Don’t hesitate! Great guide!
I absolutely loved this guide! Had problems with the password as I downloaded two separate guides. Contacted them via chat on the site and within 15-20 minutes the issue was solved. Their quick response via chat and follow up phone call was very impressive and I would not hesitate to use them again.
The guide was excellent. Definitely made the walk more interesting and was like having a personal tour guide with us. My only advice is to get the download for each person. The guide is very inexpensive and well worth the cost. Because I didnt know what to expect I only downloaded it on one phone to share with three people. It was difficult to hear over the ocean waves unless we all stood huddled around the phone.
Definitely a great guide!
Wonderful guide on challenging walk!
My sister and I had a great time with this challenging walk! It was so helpful to listen to the audio guide as we walked. We actually started from the end of the Cliff Walk as was suggested to us. The map gps connection adjusted to that.
Loved it. When we went it was foggy out but still was a great experience. Rocky area isn’t recommended for ppl who are unstable in their feet. Also wear proper shoes!
Beautiful, scenic and a rugged challenge too
It was longer that expected (thats a good thing), just be prepared. Bathroom facilities were available only once early on the walk, with an inoperable water fountain (due to COVID). At least one large water bottle needed. We made it too Ledge Road, some spots seemed impassible. Free parking at College after graduation. We were there May 23.
